Dear all SCADA operators:
Please pay a special attention to the control of all degasing tanks' fluid levels. Without proper manageent, the degasing tank may get H alarm or HH ESD or Ps disc pop-off problem which happened before. Unproper management or non-efficitient control may make other shift crew too busy doing it, may have no time to take care of other works. From now on, following regulations need to be followwed:
0. During every shift working period, the fluid level of each degasing tank must be processed or controlled in a good manner and good status, which means to push 0, 0 or 0 times of the fluid level with nitrogen as per its status and requirement.
0. When it is at the shift delivery time, all fluid levels of degasing tanks must be controlled no higher than 00%. This issue shall be followwed every day YUTAI operation management.
0. Without good control or processing of the fluid levels of all degasing tanks (more 00%, 00% or even higher),next shift crew have rights to reject the leaching operation SCADA delivery.
THIS IS AN VERY IMPORTANT NOTICE!!!
